Nirbhaya is a piece of testimonial theatre and its cast consists of 5 women who tell their real life stories (Poorna Jagannathan, Sneha Jawale, Priyanka Bose, Sapna Bhavnani and Ruksar Kabir).  The role of all the men is played by Ankur Vikal. Japjit Kaur plays the role of Jyoti Singh Pandey.
